PMP Examination Information Answer 200 questions in 4 hours.

Of the 200 questions, 25 are considered pretest questions. Pretest questions do not affect the score and are used in examinations as an effective and legitimate way to test the validity of future examination questions. All questions are randomly placed throughout the examination.

Course Content

We will lead you through the Project Management Life Cycle using the context of the PMI Process Groups – initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & controlling and closing. It helps you to match the PMI practices with your real world project management experience and enables you to familiar with the language and terminology of PMI.

We will then reinforce your project management skills through the ten PMI Knowledge Areas – integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resource, communication, risk, procurement and stakeholder. Focused memorization on key PMP exam areas will be build up by high impact classroom presentations, lesson videos review and intense practice questions review. We emphasize not only on project management knowledge but also the nature of the PMP exam.
